The CSP for the self-service area is designed to save space: The floor model measures only 1 m in height and 80 cm in width. This device is optimally suitable for a wide variety of baked goods having a length of up to 38 cm - long or round bread, hard or soft texture, with or without nuts: The CSP circular blade slicer cuts precise and visually appealing slices. The self-explanatory, intuitive touch screen operation guides your customers through the slicing process. You may configure three slice thickness options for your customers to select from. The innovative SmarterSlicing functions allow an hygienic environment around the bread slicer at any time. An early warning system by means of indicators notifies you when the CSP is due for cleaning and when the blade requires sharpening or maintenance. Smart technology which ensures hygiene and availability of your machine. What's particularly convenient: Very smoothly running slicing process. Even at maximum performance, the planetary gear operates smoothly and is virtually maintenance-free. Convenient cleaning: Simply roll out the CSP to clean it all around.
