The simple and robust structure of the electromechanical load receptors guarantees low maintenance and wear-resistant operation with a high level of long-term precision. The load receptors of the iL Professional F/MP series can be optionally used: built-in or freestanding, s/s lacquered deep black or made of s/s. Perfectly suitable for many applications.Despite the large number of options that the modular component system affords, all load carriers are available as standard products.

Areas of Use

  • Load receptor with different load cell type as single or dual interval scale or dual range scale for weighing ranges of from 1500 kg to 6000 kg, for dry and wet areas in the warehouse, goods receiving and production
  • in combination with Bizerba weighing terminals it can be used for counting, dosing, formulation, checking and commissioning
  • for hazardous areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22 (optional)

The iL Special 50S/SP is a special solution for the sausage production: Combined with weighing terminal iS30 the load receptor becomes a precise smoke stick scale. Combined with your sausage filler the system reliably controls the product weight. Two load receiving bars simply hold the smoke sticks (sausage portions). You also reliably weigh individual sausages with the weighing tray.
