Metal detection coil INTUITY

The metal detection coil helps you to enhance the quality of your products and to minimize the risk of possible recalls. INTUITY reliably checks if your packaged or unpackaged products or bulk goods include metal foreign objects. It is impressive in terms of its high accuracy: With its multi-simultaneous technology it checks at the same time with at least two frequencies within a range between 30 and 900 kHz. Due to the thereby enhanced product compensation and sensitivity it achieves better detection results for steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal. Particularly for products with a high product effect (intrinsic conductivity), INTUITY shows its strengths. The metal detection coil can be flexibly integrated in your production in a conveyor or material slide. Even the combination with a rejection system is possible. For efficient wet cleaning of the tunnel it is fitted with IP66/69 protection on the detection tunnel and with IP65 for the entire device.
