Systèmes d'inspection par rayons X

SXRF-4080 Series X-Ray

The Bizerba SXRF-4080 Series offers scalable dual-energy X-ray inspection for unpackaged food products across diverse production environments. With advanced AI-powered contaminant detection, hygienic design, and multiple conveyor length options, it ensures maximum safety and adaptability for high-throughput operations.

The Bizerba SXRF-4080 Series combines intelligent dual-energy imaging with AI-based detection to deliver powerful inspection capabilities for various product sizes. Designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern food processing, each model in the 4080 series shares a common detection platform while offering different conveyor lengths to fit existing line configurations.

The system’s dual-energy detector with 0.4 mm pitch excels at identifying both dense and low-density foreign materials - including bone, metal, rubber, plastic, and glass - without interrupting product flow. AI-powered algorithms adapt in real time to product variations, reducing false rejects and minimizing manual adjustments.

Engineered for hygienic, washdown-ready operation, the SXRF-4080 Series features stainless steel construction with IP65, IP66, or IP69K ratings, tool-free maintenance, and quick curtain and belt removal. Optimized for single or multi-lane setups, it supports high-speed inspection and integrates seamlessly with smart production environments via OPC UA, ERP, or MES systems.

Available in multiple conveyor lengths (600 mm, 900 mm, 1200 mm, or custom), the SXRF-4080 Series fits into a wide range of layouts - delivering reliable, automated foreign object detection and inline quality assurance.
