| At NRF 2026: Retail’s Big Show, Bizerba will present its latest solutions under the motto “Turning Precision into Performance,” where intelligent hardware, software, and data come together to power the next generation of retail efficiency. The company will showcase innovations across its ecosystem of scales, slicers, checkout, and software solutions. Visitors can experience the full portfolio live at Booth 3575, Hall 3, at the Javits Convention Center in New York City, from January 11–13, 2026.

Bizerba’s presence at NRF 2026 highlights how precision and intelligence work together to enhance the in-store experience for both retailers and shoppers. The company’s modular scale systems, smart slicing technology, and connected software applications demonstrate how retailers can optimize uptime, improve service efficiency, and make informed decisions through data transparency and predictive analytics. 

Bizerba’s Q1 Expert scales make their North American debut at NRF 2026. Both deliver modular design, intuitive operation, and lasting performance - from the plug-and-play hardware and high-end cutter to the sleek, space-saving counter design.

For fresh food operations, Bizerba will feature the GSP smart slicer, combining integrated weighing with hygiene monitoring for consistent precision and food safety. The Supersmart and MC 500 self-service scale demonstrate how AI-driven object recognition and loss prevention work together to deliver faster, more accurate, and more secure transactions. Together, these innovations highlight Bizerba’s commitment to helping retailers optimize uptime, reduce waste, and enhance the customer experience.
