Optical inspection for efficient validation of package seals

SealSecure basic checks seal areas of packages and rejects packages with contaminated seals and warns users in the event of repeated failures by means of an alarm allowing them to solve the problem immediately. SealSecure basic thus prevents extensive rework on untight packages as well as claims and product recall due to leaky or spoiled packages. This ensures that only flawless products reach the market. Furthermore, products can be fully tracked since all images recorded during production can be archived. The monitoring of the packaging process is ensured by quality reports which are prepared on a regular basis. 

SealSecure basic is compatible with numerous packaging types.
