The KR2 Professional Meat Cutter is a fully automatic horizontal slicer designed for clean, fast, and precise slicing of bone-in and boneless meat. Built for high-volume retail and industrial environments, it performs many of the tasks traditionally handled with bandsaws - offering a safer, more hygienic, and consistent alternative.


The non-hydraulic drive system delivers smooth operation without the risk of fluid leaks, simplifying maintenance and supporting high food safety standards. Operators benefit from an intuitive push-button interface, reducing training time and ensuring easy daily use. Slice thickness can be precisely adjusted from 1 to 50 mm, with slicing speeds up to 220 cuts per minute to maximize throughput.


Constructed from durable, washdown-compatible stainless steel, the KR2 features solid castors for mobility, leveling legs for operational stability, and a tool-assisted blade changeover system.
