Self-service checkout for butcher shops

Shopping at the butcher's is becoming more efficient and convenient thanks to a self-service checkout equipped with scales and handheld scanners. This POS system is designed to provide customers with maximum comfort and speed throughout the entire shopping process.

How does it work?

Upon entering, you will receive a special “shopping” card that allows you to identify yourself and access your purchase. Each scale is equipped with a scanner that scans items onto your virtual account on the card. A new feature is that payment is not made at the service counter, but at the self-service checkout area, where you identify yourself with the card you received at the entrance and pay for your purchase either in cash or by card. In addition, you can easily add unweighed items by scanning them directly at the self-service checkout.

This solution for butcher shops was developed in collaboration with 4MAX, Albacon Systems, and ASW Systems. This innovative approach to cash register systems increases the efficiency and convenience of shopping.
