Bizerba’s GSP HDi SBR is an automatic gravity-feed slicer with built-in Safe Blade Removal, Emotion® energy-saving drive, and certified hygiene and safety features - ideal for high-volume, safety-conscious slicing operations.

The GSP HDi SBR is Bizerba’s premium automatic slicer for commercial kitchens and delis that demand performance and protection. It pairs the proven efficiency of the GSP HDi with the Safe Blade Removal (SBR) system, designed to eliminate direct contact with the blade during cleaning - reducing injury risk and simplifying sanitation procedures.


With a 25° inclined carriage and automatic slicing cycle, the GSP HDi SBR makes high-volume slicing fast and ergonomic. The Emotion® blade drive delivers energy-efficient operation, low noise, and reduced blade heat - extending product freshness and operator comfort.


Safety is elevated through the illuminated single-revolution thickness knob, which clearly indicates whether the blade is exposed (red), running (flashing red), or safe to clean (green). Additional interlocks prevent the blade from running when the carriage or knob is open.


Sanitation is seamless: the dishwasher-safe Safe Blade Removal tool features built-in redundancies and laser-etched instructions with a QR code that links to an operator video. The anodized aluminum housing, tool-free disassembly, and integrated drainage system help ensure hygiene compliance with minimal downtime.


Certified to ETL NSF/ANSI 8-2018, UL157, and built for durability, the GSP HDi SBR protects operators while streamlining slicing in any foodservice environment.
