GSP Hi Manual Slicer
The Bizerba GSP Hi is a premium manual gravity-feed slicer that sets the standard in ergonomics, hygiene, and operator safety. Built for high-volume slicing in foodservice and retail environments, it combines thoughtful design with precise German engineering—delivering consistent, clean results with every slice.
Thanks to its 25° inclined carriage, the GSP Hi uses gravity to support smooth, low-effort slicing, even with heavier products. The ergonomic layout reduces fatigue during extended operation, making it ideal for deli counters, kitchens, commissaries, and sales areas.
At the center of its safety system is the illuminated thickness knob, which acts as both a precision dial and safety signal. Green means the blade is secured and safe to clean; red means the blade is still exposed. This intuitive visual feedback reduces the risk of accidental contact and improves operator awareness—especially in fast-paced environments.
The GSP Hi’s anodized aluminum frame is seamless, corrosion-resistant, and NSF-certified, making daily cleaning easy and efficient. A built-in drainage system prevents liquid accumulation during slicing, and the unit can be tilted effortlessly to clean underneath without heavy lifting. Maintenance is just as simple: the standard dishwasher-safe blade sharpener ensures hygienic blade care and sharp slicing performance. For added safety, operators can upgrade to the interlock sharpener, which prevents sharpening unless the blade is securely positioned.
Certified to ETL NSF/ANSI 8-2018 and UL157, the GSP Hi meets the strictest safety and sanitation standards. Designed for daily performance, intuitive operation, and hygienic compliance, it’s the ideal solution for any commercial operation that slices with purpose.
