Built on the foundation of the GSP Hi, this model includes the Safe Blade Removal (SBR) system, allowing users to safely remove and clean the blade with zero direct contact - a significant advantage in environments with rotating staff or stringent safety protocols.


Featuring an illuminated single-revolution thickness knob, the slicer provides instant visibility of its safety status: green when safe to clean, red when active, and flashing red if the gauge plate is open while the blade is exposed. Combined with carriage and thickness knob interlocks, auto shut-off timers, and no-volt restart protection, the GSP Hi SBR offers one of the most comprehensive safety packages in its class.


The included Safe Blade Removal Tool is dishwasher safe and designed with multiple built-in safety redundancies to prevent accidents during cleaning. For added support, lasered instructions on the tool itself and a QR code linking to a step-by-step instructional video ensure proper use - even by new operators.


Its seamless anodized aluminum frame, dishwasher-safe sharpener, tool-free disassembly, and easy-lift base make it just as impressive when it’s time to clean.
