Combining the ergonomic advantages of the GSP Hi with a seamlessly integrated weighing system, this model enables operators to slice and portion in one step - minimizing giveaway and maximizing efficiency.


Like its base model, the GSP Hi W features a 25° inclined carriage for gravity-assisted slicing and reduced operator fatigue. The illuminated thickness knob ensures consistent slice thickness and clearly displays the machine’s safety status - green means it’s safe to clean, red means the blade is exposed. This intuitive safety indicator is visible from across the workspace and supports safer, more confident operation.


Built with a seamless anodized aluminum frame and equipped with a drainage system to prevent fluid buildup, the GSP Hi W meets the highest standards of food hygiene. It’s also easy to lift and clean underneath, and tool-free disassembly streamlines sanitation. A standard blade sharpener maintains edge precision and is dishwasher safe, while an optional interlock sharpener provides enhanced operator safety by preventing sharpening unless the blade is securely positioned.
