The Bizerba GSE is a light-duty manual gravity slicer designed for foodservice and retail environments needing ergonomic handling, hygiene, and consistent slicing results. Featuring a 12" blade set at an 11° incline, it makes feeding and slicing easier, even during long shifts.


The GSE is optimized for slicing fresh products such as deli meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Built from anodized aluminum for maximum durability and corrosion resistance, its seamless housing with no sharp edges ensures fast, easy cleaning. A removable sharpener allows for hygienic blade maintenance outside the cutting zone, while the compact design fits tight kitchen and counter spaces.


Certified to ETL NSF/ANSI 8-2018 and UL standards, the GSE meets strict food safety requirements. Ideal for small delis, cafeterias, snack bars, and fast-food kitchens, it offers Bizerba performance and hygiene at an attractive entry-level price.
